Please contact us immediately if you receive wrongly supplied goods.
After notifying us, wrongly supplied goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving product. No products can be returned for change of mind.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to Contamination and Hygiene regulations, opened or damaged Cartridges Boxes cannot be returned. Please check the needle sizes are correct before opening the packaging.

How long does shipping take?
All LUV BUG products are shipped from Australia within 48 hours of receiving and validating payment. Australia Post shipping is used to send all domestic and international parcels. Please use the below Australia Post calculator as a guide to calculate your delivery timeframe.

Do you ship worldwide?
International shipping is not currently available.
I have not received my order, what do I do?
Contact info@luvbugtattoo.com with your name and order number. All customers are emailed automatic tracking details once their order has been processed
Help- I’ve put the wrong mailing address!
Please email info@luvbugtattoo.com as soon as possible, as dispatch of your purchase occurs within 48 hours. Although we will do our best to help you, the postal address can only be changed if your product has not been dispatched.
What if I put the incorrect address on my order and it’s already been dispatched?
In this case, please contact info@luvbugtattoo.com as soon as possible.
Staff will contact Australia Post to see if the parcel can be redirected. If it cannot be redirected Australia Post will return it to our warehouse.
In this case you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have the parcel sent out again to the correct address.
