Although we will do our best to help you, the postal address can only be changed if your product has NOT been dispatched.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please contact us immediately if you receive wrongly supplied goods.
After notifying us, wrongly supplied goods must be returned to us within 7 business days.
Products cannot be returned for change of mind.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to Contamination and Hygiene regulations, opened or damaged Cartridges Boxes cannot be returned. Please check the needle sizes are correct before opening the packaging.
